The form records your name, phone, email, moving service, the cities and ZIP codes you are moving from and to, inventory and access notes, and an optional preferred date. It also records the page used to send the request and any campaign tags already present in that page address.
Those details let the team understand the route, stairs, gates, parking, large items, and likely service scope before calling or emailing you. They are also used to screen abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and keep a working history of the request.
A submitted request is saved as a private lead in this website’s WordPress administration area and sent to the company’s follow-up system. The hosting, security, and follow-up providers process the information needed to run those systems. The site does not create a customer account or public profile from the form.
Server logs can include the request time, IP address, and browser details. Public visitors may encounter only cookies needed for WordPress operation and security; campaign values are copied from the page URL into the request. Lead and log records are kept while useful for follow-up, operations, security, accounting, or legal needs, then removed or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed.

The crew was great, but four movers arrived when I had requested and received an estimate for three. The move itself was straightforward, from a storage unit to a one-story home with no appliances, so I felt I paid more than necessary for the fourth person and the added travel charge.
The two movers were wonderful and patient while my husband and I managed the move with our infant daughter and dog. I would give the crew five stars. Our experience with company leadership was not quite as strong.
Our morning move began about three hours late, and no adjustment was offered, so we gave three stars. Once the crew arrived, they introduced themselves, listened to our directions, and started right away. I would be glad to work with the same crew again.
